Apparently study was conducted by asking 500 people some questions from the YFAS (Yale Food Addiction Score ) the ambiguous questions on the YFAS can be found here. The study concluded that they have preliminary evidence (from a questionnaire) that not all foods are equally implicated in addictive like eating behaviours and that these foods were thought to be highly processed.
