Cheat meals. WHY? WHY? WHY?

We don’t look to cheating for success in academics, work pursuits or love so why are people looking to cheat in their diets? Seriously, who in their right mind wants to admit they’ve cheated and have cheated the love-love relationship with food? Not me!
I love food, I’ll admit and I’ll live for my next meal which I’ll happily enjoy, while not waiting for my next cheat day.
